What if yoga wasn’t the womb or the moon?
What if yoga wasn’t crystals or cards, Reiki or angels?
What is yoga wasn’t fast or fitness, hot or physical progression?
What if yoga wasn’t affirmations or journalling, boss babes or zen vibes?
What if yoga wasn’t juice cleanses, ice baths, body brushing or indigenous medicine?
What if we trusted yoga to be just, well, yoga?
What if yoga would be enough without dressing it up?
What if we were already enough?
What if we avoid this simplicity, add the frills, themes and distractions because we avoid ourselves or indeed fear we are not enough – isn’t this the very heart of the teachings of ‘just’ yoga?
