In my private purpose built home studio in West Lancashire.
Each new booking requires a free telephone consultation first & you can choose to split the cost with a friend.
I will always endeavor to see you as a new client to find out if we are a good fit and if I can’t help you I will connect you with a colleague who can.

I teach the majority of my clients weekly, very similar to how a personal trainer would, some fortnightly and a few monthly clients. You are of course welcome to attend as a one off, but in all transparency it won’t be a fix or cure, similar to one gym session won’t make you stronger.
Most people come regularly to help with their aches and pains or personal specifics such as stress or anxiety and most people choose to have some regularity to feel benefit in their lives, bodies, minds and outlook.
I do not offer bundles, pay up front or tie in packages as I believe if we work well you do not need incentives and I personally do not like the feeling as a consumer of being held over a barrel. However if things are financially tricky please reach out I am happy to discount private sessions for those on income support or struggling, wellness should be accessible for everyone.
TAME YOUR PAIN
Private Pain & Injury Specific Yoga Sessions in Southport and West Lancashire
Price £50
90 minute, one off sessions to explain pain, rehab and create personal strategies for you to tame your pain using cognitive functional therapy, sharing progressive evidence based ideas and amplifying your agency in a situation that often feels out of your control.
There is no obligation to return, the purpose is explanation, education, some exploratory movement and devising a plan to help your take ownership of your situation and move forward positively – whether that is return to sport or picking up shopping bags. Expect some reading, lots of talking and some movement discovery together. I am here to listen to you and to help. You will leave with greater understanding, information,useful links & further reading.
If you want further sessions you can return as a 1:1 session.
It is a great solution for those who need support but don’t want to feel tied in, over committed or obliged to return and it gives an opportunity to see if we are compatible to work well together for those curious about longer term plans or future sessions which is where we can really get to work on disrupting your current pain cycle.
I work with semi pro athletes, older people, disabilities, fibromyalgia, spinal issues, sciatic flares, shoulder discomfort and everything in between.
